Born in Kambammettu, Idukki district, Kerala, Sebastian George began his professional journey as a civil contractor in Kanjirappally, Kottayam.
His commitment to people extended far beyond construction. While building homes for clients, he also reached out to families who could not afford safe homes, helping restore dignity and security.
For more than three decades, he has stood with families facing financial hardship, crises and social challenges, offering support, hope and compassion.
Believing that lasting change comes through collective action, he founded LIWA Foundation to bring compassionate people together to transform lives and uplift communities.
Under his leadership, LIWA works to support underprivileged people, empower vulnerable communities, provide shelter and essential assistance, respond to emergencies and create opportunities for rebuilding lives with dignity and confidence.

Born in Kattappana, Idukki district, Kerala, Jancy Sebastian married Sebastian George in 1999 and has been an active partner in his journey of service.
A dedicated homemaker with a deep heart for service, she believes that family extends far beyond the walls of a home.
She embraces LIWA Foundation as a growing family, welcoming and caring for people from different walks of life and helping create an environment of dignity, compassion and belonging.
As a mother of six, mother-in-law to two and grandmother to three, her nurturing spirit has shaped the way she approaches community service.
